Finn & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. has specialized in home inspections for nearly 40 years. We have inspected over 18,000 homes, offering our services exclusively in Western Massachusetts.
We have developed a Home Inspection report form and a computer-based reporting system which are both sold to inspectors nationwide. We wrote the Home Facts Handbook to explain the basic functions of various house components and inspected items.
Our founder, Drew has taught other home inspectors at National and Local home inspection Chapters for ASHI (American Association of Home Inspectors) and NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors).
